Coarse Grinding Mill Working Principle:
The coarse grinding mill is mainly consist by the frame, rotor,
impact plate, grate bars and other components. Machine frame is
divided into two parts, it is welded by steel plate after cutting,
the other parts are connected by bolts. There are high manganese
alloy liner inside the frame, easy replacement after wearing;
Several sets of hammer are installed on the main shaft, they are
connected by high-strength bolts. The main machine is running by
motor and v-belt, then led the rotor spinning, large material enter
to the crushing cavity from feed pole, will be crushed repeatly by
rotor and hammer, then the qualified final products.
